01 / THE BUYING QUESTION
What must this connector do during installation, and which internal surfaces need a defined acceptance check?
02 / READ THE GEOMETRY
Details that shape
the requirement.
Bore and side opening
Show how the side opening relates to the main bore in your design. Identify any transition or intersection that must remain accessible for edge treatment and inspection.
Textured collar
Explain whether the collar is a hand-contact feature, an assembly aid or a required external form. Define the surfaces that may receive installation marks.
Connection ends
Specify each mating interface completely, including threads where required. Separate the location and engagement requirements from the surface responsible for sealing the assembly.
FROM GEOMETRY TO THE WORKSHOP
See the manufacturing context.
Explore a Chengshuo workshop scene alongside the features in this product study. This is general process footage, not footage of the reference part or its inspection results.
Machining and a dimensional check
Machining close-ups followed by a dial-caliper check.
Which diameters, shoulders and thread features control your assembly?
Shafts, pins & mating fitsONE PART. THREE BUYING DECISIONS.
What matters
to your team?
Define the functional interfaces.
Provide the sealing and installation concept together. The gripping surface, connection end and internal passage may each need different requirements.
Discuss your engineering requirementsMake the quotation comparable.
Ask suppliers to identify what internal deburring, cleaning and documentation are included. Keep system testing separate unless it is explicitly quoted.
Discuss your purchasing requirementsAgree the acceptance evidence.
Describe what an acceptable internal edge looks like and how it will be observed. A general deburr note is difficult to compare consistently.
Discuss your quality requirements03 / A PART-SPECIFIC REVIEW
From feature
to machining brief.
01Describe installation and service
Provide a marked assembly view showing insertion direction, access and mating components. State the relevant operating medium and conditions for the engineering review without using the product photograph as a selection specification.
02Resolve internal-edge and cleaning scope
Name the bore intersections requiring attention and the final cleanliness requirement. Agree the removal, inspection and packing scope before comparing samples or asking for a production quotation.
03Agree component and system checks
List the dimensional and visual checks for the connector. Where the application requires a functional sealing test, define the assembled configuration, conditions and acceptance separately with the responsible team.
04 / BEFORE SAMPLE APPROVAL
Agree what
acceptance will show.
Verify the connection dimensions and specified engagement or seating features.
Check designated bore intersections and edges using the agreed access method.
Confirm the specified cleaning and packing condition before shipment.
