Custom machined contacts for connector and test-fixture OEMs
Review drawing-defined metal contact components against the pin, socket, wire and housing in your design. Confirm material, machining, finishing and inspection scope before sample manufacture.

FOR CONNECTOR AND TEST-FIXTURE BUYERS
Contacts that start with your interfaces.
We machine drawing-defined contact components. Your mating parts, wire termination and finishing requirements determine what the sample must demonstrate.
A clean mating bore and accessible solder cup serve different functions. Specify both ends and any surfaces excluded from plating.
Before quotation and sampling
Provide pin and wire sizes, plating specification and soldering access; agree finished dimensions and sample marking.
YOUR PROJECT. YOUR PRIORITIES.
Make the purchasing decision specific.
Align engineering, sourcing and quality around a clear part definition before the quotation and sample review.
01
Define the mating geometry
Identify locating diameters, insertion depths, shoulders and contact zones. Include the mating pin, barrel, insulator or wire interface, with the current drawing revision.
02
Specify the delivered surface
State the material grade, plating specification and any masked surfaces. Identify which fit dimensions apply after finishing and agree edge condition and cleanliness.
03
Separate component checks from system tests
Agree dimensional and surface records for the machined component. Specify any electrical, spring-force or cycle-life test, its setup and the responsible party before it enters the quotation.
YOUR NEXT ORDER / EVIDENCE & REQUIREMENTS
Make each variant and contact requirement explicit.
Separate locating geometry, contact surfaces and test scope before approval. Carry variant references into the order and packing brief.
Selected for the purchasing question. The customers’ actual industries are not disclosed.
FROM THE CHENGSHUO PORTFOLIO / ONE PHOTOGRAPHED SERIES
Inspect the contact component reference.
Two source photographs show this brass component series. They establish the visible geometry, not a completed customer qualification or electrical-test result.
Source: Original Chengshuo product reference. Published material: brass; published process: CNC machining. The exact alloy, plating, dimensions and test results are not established by these photographs.

Can a photographed contact part prove electrical performance?
A photograph shows geometry. It does not establish contact resistance, rated current, spring force or cycle life. Define the test method, mating arrangement, acceptance limits and responsible party as a separate project requirement.
Product examples help define the conversation. Suitability is assessed against your component specification.
