A brass valve-joint form with a bored body and textured collar. Thread, sealing and interface requirements should be defined in your drawing.

An internally threaded lock nut with repeated outer recesses. Specify the thread standard, mating part and tool-access geometry for your version.

Name the thread system, nominal size, pitch and class. Distinguish a thread specification from a plain bore diameter, and include the applicable drawing revision.
Show usable engagement length, runout and relief features. Agree the required thread gauge or other acceptance method, including any features that prevent normal gauge access.
If the component seals, show the actual sealing feature separately from the thread. Specify the material grade and finished condition of the interface instead of relying on the appearance of a reference part.
BUILD A USEFUL HANDOVER
Shortlist the closest examples and attach your own current drawing. Your review should cover geometry, exact material grade, finish, quantities and acceptance requirements.
Visible product forms and publicly identified materials/processes. It does not establish a customer outcome, measured tolerance, production volume or certification for a new project.
