Define the inside and outside interfaces together. A sleeve may locate on its bore, its outside diameter or its face; tell us which relationship controls the assembly.
Call out thin sections and any fit that is evaluated after assembly. Discuss the free-state inspection method and the clamping or support conditions where they matter to acceptance.
Identify sliding, seating or cosmetic surfaces. Include edge breaks and any finish requirement for the internal bore, together with how that surface will be inspected.
BUILD A USEFUL HANDOVER
Shortlist the closest examples and attach your own current drawing. Your review should cover geometry, exact material grade, finish, quantities and acceptance requirements.
Visible product forms and publicly identified materials/processes. It does not establish a customer outcome, measured tolerance, production volume or certification for a new project.
